Chicken Tortilla Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, cooked, skinned, deboned and chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 large onion, diced
    1 (7 oz.) can diced green chiles
    2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cream of chicken soup
    2 c. cream of celery soup
    18 to 24 tortillas, depending on pan size
    2 lb. cheese, grated
    sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    In frying pan, melt butter.
    Add onion and cook until soft. Add chiles, broth, soups and chicken.
    Mix and heat.
