Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 (24 to 32) pkg. Ritz crackers
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. diced celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 stick oleo or butter
Preparation

Cook vegetables as per directions.
Drain.
Mix with remaining ingredients and put in casserole.
