Crunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked, diced, chicken or turkey
    1 c. diced celery
    1 small diced onion
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Mix together all the ingredients, except the noodles.
    Pour into long baking dish and sprinkle Chinese noodles on top.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    I serve over rice.
