Yam Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. pecans
1/2 c. cooked yams, mashed
1/2 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Put foil on cookie sheet.
Salt and butter pecans.
Cook 15 minutes at 300\u00b0.
Turn off oven.
Cook 1 1/2 hours.
