Cheesy Meat Loaf Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. undiluted evaporated milk (5 oz. can)
    1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/3 c. catsup
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (1/4 lb.)
    1/4 tsp. crumbled oregano
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine meat, milk, bread crumbs and garlic salt in 9-inch pie plate.
    Pat mixture against sides and bottom of pan.
    Spread catsup over meat mixture.
    Sprinkle with cheeses and oregano. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Drain and cut into wedges to serve. Makes 4 servings.
