Seafood Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
1 pkg. Louis Kemp fat-free flake style crab delights
1 1/2 c. Oriental-style vegetables
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 Tbsp. soy sauce and seasoning packet from vegetables
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet.
Add Crab Delights and vegetables.
Stir over medium-high heat for 2 minutes.
Add seasoning.
Cook 1 minute more.
Serve immediately.
