Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can pineapple (tidbits or chunks)
1 c. shredded or grated cheese
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
25 Ritz crackers, crushed
3/4 stick butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Pour pineapple and juice in 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
Combine sugar, flour and cheese.
Mix well and spread over pineapple.
Mix butter and crackers and pour over flour mixture.
Bake uncovered 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
