Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix 2 teaspoons sugar and cinnamon to roll in.
    Mix first 3 ingredients with blender.
    Then add the water, flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt.
    Mix. Roll into walnut-sized balls and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture.\tBake 7 minutes.
    Makes 5 dozen.
