Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped
    1 (32 oz.) can V-8 juice
    1 can tomatoes
    2 cans Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with peppers
    2 cans red beans
    1 pkg. dry Italian salad dressing mix
    1 pkg. Zesty dry Italian salad dressing mix
Preparation
    In a 6-quart pan, brown ground beef; drain fat.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 1 hour.
    The soup freezes well and is better the second day.
    It makes a bunch!
