Black-Eyed Peas And Tasso - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. black-eyed peas
1/2 to 3/4 lb. Tasso (beef or pork)
1/2 to 3/4 lb. ham or sausage, cut up
pinch of thyme
4 Tbsp. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar or syrup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cover ingredients with water and cook until done.
Real good with jalapeno added.
