Peanut Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Hershey Kisses

Preparation

Combine all
ingredients,
except
Kisses,
in\ta large mixing bowl.
Mix\ton
lowest
speed until dough forms.
Shape dough into balls and roll in sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately top each cookie with a candy Kiss.\tPress down firmly so cookie cracks around edge.
