Hawaiian Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. country style ribs
    9 oz. can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Cut ribs in serving size pieces and place in a shallow baking pan.
    Combine remaining ingredients (except pineapple and cook and stir until thickened).
    Pour pineapple mixture over ribs.
    Cover and bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours or until tender. Uncover and spoon sauce over ribs.
    Bake 15 minutes longer to glaze slightly.
    Serves 4 to 6.
