Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    4 eggs
    16 oz. small curd cottage cheese
    1 1/2 sticks oleo, melted
    20 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Thaw and drain broccoli; mix all ingredients.
    Pour into well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    You can add 1 cup chopped smoked sausage if you like.
