Oven Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler/fryer chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken pieces under cool water.
    Place chicken in baking dish (8 x 11-inch).
    Combine barbecue sauce, pineapple and flour; mix well.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
