Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 c. hot water
Preparation
    Sift together flour, 3/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt.
    Add butter, milk, pecans and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes; pour in greased pan.
    Mix together 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa.
    Sprinkle over batter.
    Pour hot water over batter and topping.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
