Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 small jar diced pimento
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained and cut fine
Preparation
    Boil vinegar and sugar together for one minute.
    Set aside to cool.
    Stir in salad oil.
    Pour vinegar-sugar-oil mixture over all ingredients.
    Stir in salad oil and refrigerate overnight.
