Cherry Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 large can dark cherry pie filling
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1 c. nuts, marshmallows or coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in order given.
    Refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
