Microwave Cherries Jubilee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cherry pie filling
1/4 c. currant or dark plum jelly
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 c. rum
1/4 c. brandy
vanilla ice cream
Preparation

Combine cherry pie filling, jelly, orange rind and rum, stirring to blend.
Put in oblong baking dish and microwave on Medium-high for 5 to 6 minutes, or until heated through.
Measure brandy in 1-cup glass measuring cup and microwave 15 to 20 minutes on High or until warm.
Pour brandy over cherry mixture and ignite.
When flame has extinguished, spoon over ice cream in individual serving dishes.
