Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
4 chicken breasts
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. dry Marsala cooking wine
1/3 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Melt 1 1/2 tablespoons butter.
Add chicken and cook over medium heat until brown and tender.
Remove from skillet.
Add remaining butter.
Turn up heat.
Add mushrooms.
Cook about 4 minutes.
Remove mushrooms.
Add Marsala to skillet; scrape bottom.
Boil 1 minute.
Add cream; cook until thick.
Return chicken and mushrooms.
Cover; simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
