Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. raw cranberries
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. orange juice
1 c. pineapple juice
2 pkg. Knox gelatine
1 c. chopped nuts
3 chopped oranges
1 large can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Mix sugar with chopped cranberries.
Combine orange juice and pineapple juice and pour small amount over the Knox gelatine. Heat remaining juice and pour over gelatin.
Add cranberries and sugar.
Mix all ingredients.
Add chopped nuts, oranges and crushed pineapple.
Mix well and chill.
