Shelly'S Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. coconut
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    5 medium eggs
    1 stick softened butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and pour in 2 pie shells.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
