Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    sprinkling of nutmeg (if desired)
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Mix ingredients; pour into the unbaked deep dish pie shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
