Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 qt. chicken broth
    1 qt. milk
    1 c. Chablis
    dash of Tabasco
    dash of Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter and blend flour in, simmering lightly for about
    a minute.
    Add chicken broth and milk and stir until smooth.
    Add Chablis and continue to cook on low heat.
    Add Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce and pepper and continue to cook on low heat until smooth.
    Add cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
