Celery Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. celery, ground or diced
1 c. English walnuts, ground or diced
1 1/2 c. whole wheat toast, crumbled
1 onion, ground
2/3 c. rolled oats
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. hot soy milk (blend 1/2 c. hot water with 5 Tbsp. soyagen)
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
