Crab With Curried Almond Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can crabmeat
1 small can tomato sauce
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 clove garlic
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
pepper
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
few drops Tabasco
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. blanched almonds
Preparation

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in saucepan; add garlic, tomato sauce, Worcestershire, Tabasco, paprika, salt and pepper.
Mix and cover.
Simmer on low 5 minutes.
Add flour; stir until blended. Add milk; simmer until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add crabmeat; cover and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
