Dahm'S Diner Chinese Chicken Chunks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 chicken breasts
    1 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1 small dash honey
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    cornstarch
Preparation
    Mix soy sauce, sherry, honey and garlic.
    Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes.
    Marinate in soy sauce mixture about 1/2 hour or so.
    Before cooking, dust lightly with cornstarch and stir. Add oil to skillet or wok.
    Stir-fry in 2 to 3 batches, constantly stirring about 4 to 5 minutes per batch.
    Serve over rice.
