Appelflappen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
apples
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Blend flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix eggs, milk and oil. Add to dry ingredients.
Beat until smooth.
Core, peel and slice apples in rings.
Dip apples in batter and deep fry.
Serve with powdered sugar.
