Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. buttermilk
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Beat egg yolk, sugar, flour and salt until well blended.
    Add buttermilk and butter. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake in 9-inch pie shell at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce oven to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
