Country-Style Steak With Onion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large pieces cubed steak
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 c. oil or Crisco
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Coat steak with flour.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Fry until brown on both sides.
    Remove steak from pan.
    Add onion to pan and saute until tender.
    Stir in 1 tablespoon flour and let brown.
    Add milk and water.
    Return steak to pan.
    Cover and let simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
