Hearty Corned Beef Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
    2 c. cooked peas
    6 c. diced cooked potatoes
    3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
    1 c. mayonnaise (lite)
    1 Tbsp. horseradish
    2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Dice corned beef and potatoes.
    Add peas and relish
    and toss. Mix mayonnaise, horseradish and milk.
    (Can substitute 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard for horseradish.) Dress salad; toss carefully.
    Cover and chill or serve immediately.
    Serves 6 to 8.
