Lobster Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. butter
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 lbs. lobster meat
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400 degrees.
    Melt butter, add garlic and cook 1 minute - do not brown.
    Put lobster meat in buttered casserole dish and toss with melted butter.
    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs then cheese.
    Bake 12 - 15 minutes or until lobster is heated and cheese is melted.
