Escalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 small chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Top should be brown and cheese melted.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
