Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    1 qt. peanuts
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cook sugar, syrup, cream of tartar and butter until forms firm ball when dropped into cold water.
    Remove from heat and add soda. Pour mixture over popped corn and peanuts until well covered. Dampen hands in cold water and form balls.
