Sweet Potato Pie With Caramel Nut Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. half and half
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together until mixture is smooth.
    Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from oven and top with Caramel Nut Topping.
