Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar, butter and eggs until fluffy; add bananas and blend well.
Add remaining ingredients, except nuts, and blend well.
Add nuts.
Makes 1 large or 2 small loaves.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 70 minutes for large loaf or approximately 60 minutes for small.
