15 oz. skim Ricotta cheese
6 pineapple slices with 6 Tbsp. syrup
2 packets unflavored gelatin
3 packets sweetener
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Blend two minutes.
Bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
Let cool overnight.
