May Special Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb
2 c. sugar
2 c. miniature marshmallows or 22 large, cut up
1 pkg. strawberry jello
2 c. Cool Whip
graham cracker crust
Preparation

Prepare a graham cracker crust and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine rhubarb and sugar and let stand until juice forms; cook until tender.
Sprinkle strawberry jello in gradually.
Add marshmallows while mixture is still warm.
Cool until it starts to set.
Then add Cool Whip.
Pour into cracker crust.
Chill and serve.
