Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 whole tomato, finely chopped
    1/2 small onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Rinse your rice and set it in a drainer and set aside.
    In a skillet, put oil and let it get warm.
    After your rice has drained, put in oil and let it fry.
    Fry until browned.
    Drain as much oil out as you can.
    Put the tomatoes and onion in and fry for a few minutes more.
    After they are browned, then take off of heat and pour in tomato sauce and then 1 cup of water.
    Lower heat and leave until water is all gone.
    Do not mix or move it until all liquid is gone.
    If it is sticking, then lower the heat.
