Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

4 to 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 to 1/2 lb. deli ham
Monterey Jack cheese
bread crumbs to coat
Preparation

Flatten chicken breasts just slightly.
Layer a few slices of the ham and then the cheese on half of the chicken.
Fold the other half of the chicken over and secure with toothpicks.
Roll in bread crumbs.
Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until chicken is done and not pink.
