Tuna Blend Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 can black olives
    2 (6 oz.) cans tuna
    2 c. mayo or to taste
    1 Tbsp. onion powder (optional)
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Open all cans and drain off excess liquid.
    Finely chop water chestnuts and olives. Then mix all the ingredients together.
    This makes a lot of sandwiches.
    The mix can be stored in the fridge for several days.
    Great for potlucks.
