Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello or any flavor you like
    1 c. hot water
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix jello with hot water; add pineapple, cream cheese and pecans.
    Mix well.
    Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Refrigerate until salad has jelled.
    Cut into squares.
