Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
3 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in tall saucepan.
Stir in milk and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, until a soft ball stage.
This is when a small amount dropped into a cup of cold water forms a ball.
Set aside.
Combine butter and vanilla.
Beat until thick.
Quickly add before it sets.
Cool to room temperature.
