Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, plus 1 c. for topping
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 cans cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
Preparation
    Combine together and put in a shallow casserole dish.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    This can be put together several hours ahead or even overnight.
