Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. dried minced onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of garlic powder
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 c. dried bread crumbs
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
    Form into golf ball sized meatballs.
    Mixture is moist and handles better if very cold. Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes. Allow fat to drain off while cooling.
    Makes 35 to 40 meat balls.
