Sweet Potato Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 or 6 medium sized sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 stick margarine
marshmallows (regular size)
corn flakes (plain)
Preparation

Bake potatoes. Peel and sweeten to taste. Add margarine and mix well. Place 1 or 2 marshmallows in potato ball. Work potatoes around marshmallows. Roll in corn flakes. Place in greased pan and heat on low until marshmallows begin to melt. Serve hot.
