Quick Spaghetti With Smoked Salmon For 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 tsp. butter
    1 small zucchini, sliced
    8 snow pea pods, ends pared
    6 cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 portions cooked spaghetti, still hot
    4 thin sliced smoked salmon, cut in small pieces
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    salt and pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Microwave setting High.
    Place half of butter in 12-cup (3 liter) casserole.
    Add vegetables and season.
    Cover and microwave 3 minutes.
    Stir in hot spaghetti, smoked salmon, remaining butter and parsley; let stand 1 minute.
    Top with grated cheese and serve.
