Pecan Pie Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. pecans
1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly.
Mix in corn syrup, butter, vanilla and salt.
Add pecans.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 30 to 35 minutes.
Center should be slightly less set than edges when done.
