Greek And Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pastry for 9-inch pie
1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
1 c. milk
1 c. crumbled Feta cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. grated Romano cheese
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

In a 9-inch quiche dish, prick pastry bottom and sides with a fork.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 3 minutes.
Remove from oven and prick with fork.
Bake 5 minutes.
Cook spinach and drain.
Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
