Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen
    10 eggs
    mustard
    vinegar
    celery (3 or 4 stalks)
    salt and pepper
    oil (Crisco type)
Preparation
    Grind chicken in food grinder.
    Chop egg whites very fine. Mix with chicken.
    Make a paste with the egg yellows, 1/2 teaspoon each of mustard, black pepper, salt, a sufficient amount of vinegar to make it palatable and also 1 tablespoon oil.
    Add to chicken with chopped celery according to taste.
    Will keep for a good week.
