Cheese Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. sharp cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. Monterey Jack with pepper
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) jar peach preserves
Preparation

Mix together except pecans and preserves.
Mix with your hands.
After mixed good, sprinkle 1/4 cup chopped pecans in mold. Spray mold with Pam.
Press cheese mixture into mold. Refrigerate overnight.
Unmold.
Sprinkle with remaining pecans. Put preserves in center of mold.
